What is the customer journey? How can you improve your services and offerings to your constituents? How can you increase satisfaction and build stronger brand loyalty?
How can you effectively communicate with constituents? How can your message resonate more strongly?
How do your constituents perceive you? What values and attributes do they associate with you, compared to your competition?
What are your constituents’ priorities? What offerings can you design to meet those needs and desires?
Constituent Research provides survey and qualitative research to help universities, professional schools and other educational institutions better understand their constituents–from prospective students, admitted students, enrolled students, alumni, donors and other stakeholders.
